These Terms of Use apply to joincryptoeducators.com and to the courses and downloads sold under the Crypto Educators name. Crypto Educators is operated by Brian Santos ("we," "us"). By using this site or buying a course, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
Crypto Educators offers self-paced video courses, worksheets, a free mini-course and a free Liquidation Price Calculator about how crypto, DeFi, charts and futures work. Everything is educational only. Nothing on this site or in our courses is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we never recommend specific investments or promise returns. Cryptocurrency and leveraged trading carry substantial risk, including losing everything you put in. Calculator results and lesson examples are illustrative and depend on each exchange's rules, so check figures with your own venue before acting. You are responsible for your own decisions. Some outbound links (such as Coinbase) are referral links that support the course at no extra cost to you.
Purchases and checkout
Courses and downloads are sold and delivered through Podia at courses.joincryptoeducators.com. Prices are shown on each product page and are one-time payments unless the product page says otherwise. Payment is processed by Podia and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Podia's own terms also apply to your account and checkout.
Refunds
Every paid course and the Decoded Complete bundle comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as you've completed less than a third of the course.
Your license
When you buy a course you get a personal, non-transferable license to watch the lessons and use the downloads for your own learning and work. Please don't share your login, resell, republish, or redistribute course videos or files, or use them to build a competing course. All course content remains the property of Crypto Educators. Access is "lifetime" for as long as we operate the course; if we ever discontinue a course, we'll give reasonable notice so you can download what you're entitled to.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of these terms.
No guarantees of results
We work hard to make the material accurate and useful, but it is provided "as is." We don't promise any particular result, and we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
