This policy explains what information Crypto Educators (operated by Brian Santos) collects through joincryptoeducators.com and our courses, and how it's used. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to deliver what you asked for.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups: your name and email address when you join the free Crypto Started mini-course.
- Liquidation Calculator: if you choose "Email me my results," we collect your first name and email address plus the calculator inputs needed to send your results. Using the calculator without that form collects nothing from you. Shared result links contain only the calculator settings in the URL.
- Purchases: your name, email, and billing details entered at checkout on Podia. Payment card details are handled by Podia and its payment processor, not by us.
- Messages you send us by email.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase or free resource.
- To send educational emails and occasional course offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who helps us run things
- Podia runs checkout, course accounts and delivery at courses.joincryptoeducators.com. Podia's privacy policy covers information you give it there.
- GoHighLevel stores email sign-ups and sends our emails.
- Netlify hosts this website and, like any web host, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and keep the site secure.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser requests font files from Google.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Podia may use cookies on its checkout and course pages to keep you signed in and process payments.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a subscriber or student, and as needed for records such as purchase history. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails any time using the link in any email. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights; email us to make a request.
Children
This site and our courses are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above.
